The Guest renting a room at Villa Park Wisełka Izabella Eeg ul. Leśna 25, Wisełka, NIP 5342279640 hereinafter referred to as "Villa Park" or "Hotel" is obliged to show the Reception employee a document with a photo confirming the Guest's identity upon check-in. In the event of refusal to show a document in a way that allows check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the room key.
To confirm the reservation, the Guest provides their name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address. Receiving and accepting the reservation confirmation is necessary and is tantamount to concluding an agreement with the Hotel for the provision of hotel services. The concluded hotel service agreement is the basis for processing the Guest's data to the extent necessary to defend and pursue any claims.
The required data necessary to conclude an agreement with the Hotel are: name and surname, address and identity document number of the Guest.
Starting your stay at Villa Park Wisełka is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of the Property Regulations and the attached Information on personal data for Guests of Villa Park Wisełka.
Guest rooms at Villa Park Wisełka are rented on a daily basis.
The stay starts at: 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
A wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the Reception by 2:00 p.m. 9:00 on the day on which the check-out deadline expires.
Villa Park Wisełka will accommodate the wish to extend the stay to the extent possible.
Failure to report an extension of stay and leaving items in the room after 2:00 p.m. 11:00, is treated as an automatic extension of the stay by another day.
If it is not possible to extend the stay or if Villa Park Wisełka does not have any vacancies in the circumstances described above, the Guest's belongings will be deposited in the presence of a commission.
Guests have the right to file a complaint in case of noticing any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided. The complaint should be filed at the Reception immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of the services provided. Complaints can also be filed by e-mail to the address villapark@villa-park.eu or by mail to the address Villa Park Wisełka, ul. Leśna 25, 72-513 Wisełka. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt.
Villa Park Wisełka is obliged to respond immediately to any comments and reservations regarding the level of service, the functioning of the hotel facilities and the cleanliness and order in the hotel by taking steps to immediately remove any faults and deficiencies.
The guest may not make the room or keys available to third parties, even if the period for which he or she paid for the stay has not expired.
Villa Park Wisełka may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay:
Villa Park Wisełka has the right to ask a Guest to leave if they commit the above-mentioned violations (without the right to refund the service fees). It may also seek compensation from the Guest on general terms.
Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the hotel room as guests from 7:00 up to an hour 22:00.

In the event of faults that cannot be repaired, Villa Park Wisełka will make every effort to change the room, if possible, or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
For stays longer than 5 nights, the possibility of changing bed linen and towels and cleaning the room, please report at the Reception.
Villa Park Wisełka is not liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by persons using its services, to the extent specified in the regulations.
Valuable items should be placed in the safe located in each room or deposited at the Reception.
The Guest should notify the Reception about the occurrence of damage immediately after it is discovered.
The parking lot at Villa Park Wisełka is not part of the services and is unguarded.
The guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the room equipment and keep it intact.
The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault, the fault of persons visiting him or the persons staying with him.
Villa Park Wisełka reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damages after his/her departure.
On the premises of Villa Park Wisełka total smoking ban outside designated areas. For violating the smoking ban, the Guest will be charged a fine of 500 PLN.
The fee for additional cleaning of the room due to unusual dirtiness is: 200 PLN.
Villa Park Wisełka is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables, money, securities or items of scientific or artistic value.
Villa Park Wisełka is not responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle – due to the lack of a guarded car park.
The facility is covered video monitoring in public areas. Monitoring records are kept by 3 days, and then permanently deleted.
